Chris Hefley is the CEO and co-founder of LeanKit, the industry-leading enterprise Kanban and Lean work management software. After years of dealing with broken project management processes as a software developer, Chris helped build LeanKit as a way to empower teams and build strong businesses through collaboration, alignment of strategy with execution, and transparency at all levels. And while the inspiration for LeanKit came from applying Lean to IT, they’ve now branched out into Lean Construction, Systems Engineering, Marketing, HR, and more
