I am a freelance innovation practitioner & consultant, a LEGO Serious Play ® certified facilitator and Lateral Thinking certified instructor. My services include lectures and innovation events, creative thinking courses and innovation consultancy, with a strong focus on collaborative innovation (in house innovation communities and open innovation). I’m a professional idea hunter, with a track record of evolving fuzzy sparks into matured products. I enjoy developing products out of curiosity and passion, feel at ease at ambiguity and territories where there is no map, and I find pride in collecting talented people in a room, and surprising them with their own ingenuity. I like dreaming, but possess the skills necessary to execute innovation within the boundaries of the corporate culture. I have more than 20 years hands-on and executive experience (CTO, VP Product, VP Innovation) in building cross organisational innovation and product teams in a wide range of industries and companies. Invention and ideation are a daily habit for me, as I am actively inventing, as well as participating in open innovation competitions. I have continuous experience in creative methodologies including SIT, TRIZ, Lateral Thinking and more. I teach and coach what I effectively use every day. I use hard core innovation methodologies coupled with LEGO and Improv Theatre techniques to create more engaged, committed and effective innovation teams
